How to transfer
Transferring money using tntforex.com has never been easier. With no minimum or maximum transfer amount, you have the freedom to send a small gift or make that down payment on your first property.
Quite simply, you make your funds available to us in our client account, we purchase the required foreign currency on your behalf, give you a great rate and transfer the converted funds into the overseas account you have specified.
In more detail, please take note of the following important but simple steps to transferring money:
1. Register
To begin transferring money, you need to register by completing our online registration form. You will receive an email confirming your registration allowing you to log into the system to personalise your account.
N.B. Due to anti-money laundering compliance, before we can process any transfers, we need to have received a signed copy of your passport, bank statement (showing residential address), and copy of the front of your debit card. All signed and dated. This only needs to be done for your first transfer and for amounts over £10,000. For further information on our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, please click here.
2. Transfer Money
Simply click on the New Transfer tab to create a new money transfer and follow the on-screen prompts.
Make sure you:
• Confirm where you are transferring money from and to
• Confirm the overseas account details of your intended recipient are correct
• Confirm the transaction and deposit the funds into our account
3. Confirmation
Please make sure that you have sent us any relevant confirmation of deposit into our client account in order for us to allocate your funds for transfer. Failure to do so may result in a delay to your transfer. Once we have received said confirmation, we will contact you to update the status of your transfer.
4. Email and Text
Once the transaction has been completed (immediately or delayed depending on your preference), you will receive an email and text message confirming the relevant details. Please note only clients in the UK will receive text messages.
